Bryan Fitzmartin's Buffalo Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

-1 Pound of Chicken pieces
-2 Bottles of Buffalo Sauce
-2 or 3 eggs
-Bread Crumbs
-Butter


1) Cook chicken in barbecue or conventional skillet, brown either side to your liking.

2) Melt butter in skillet, pour butter and a layer of Buffalo Sauce into baking pan, enough sauce to handle each chicken piece.

3) Mix 2-3 Eggs in one bowl, mix breadcrumbs in second bowl.

4) Dip the Chicken pieces into eggs, coating thoroughly, then coat each chicken piece in breadcrumbs.

5) Place each piece into baking pan on layer of butter and sauce created from step 2, pour Buffalo Sauce on top of each piece until fully covered.

6) Bake for 30-40 minutes.

7) Remove from oven and allow to dry for 5-7 minutes, serve with Ranch Sauce or Blue Cheese Dressing.
